Framework positions change over time. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific framework, DPS or procurement arrangement, and we can confirm CRS status against it. Where framework routes are not the appropriate mechanism, CRS also supports highway authorities through direct appointment, PQQ-driven mini-competitions and specialist sub-contractor engagement to main contractors.

Traffic management arrangements are agreed with the highway authority and the appointed traffic management contractor at scoping. CRS delivers concrete works within the agreed possession window, whether that is a single overnight closure, a weekend possession, or a longer-term lane closure. Works methodology is planned to complete within the possession rather than requiring repeat mobilisations. Where the works genuinely require a longer window than a standard possession allows, we say so at scoping.

On highway structures with established chloride contamination, cathodic protection is typically the most cost-effective long-term intervention because it stops the underlying corrosion mechanism rather than only addressing visible damage. Repair alone leaves the surrounding contaminated concrete corroding, meaning further repair cycles are inevitable.
