Materials are selected from approved system suppliers including Sika, Weber and Mapei. The correct material for each application is a technical decision, not a default one. Resin viscosity, cure characteristics, water reactivity, structural strength and long-term durability all factor into the specification. Where the substrate is wet, hydro-reactive systems are used. Where structural bond is required, load-transferring resins are specified. Where the void geometry is complex, low-viscosity grouts are chosen for full penetration.
Injection work is quality-critical. Injection pressure, packer placement, sequencing, and verification of penetration all determine whether the treatment works or fails. CRS delivers every injection scheme to a written method statement with quality holds and, where required, verification testing.
