Location: Bloomsbury, Central London Project Overview Concrete Repair Solutions were appointed to carry out specialist internal concrete repair and protective coating works to a multi-storey residential building in Bloomsbury, Central London. The project involved the repair of deteriorated concrete soffits associated with filler joist floor construction within occupied residential accommodation.

Concrete is one of the most durable and widely used construction materials in the world, but like any material, it is not immune to deterioration. Over time, exposure to weather conditions, water ingress, chemical attack, or general wear and tear can lead to cracks, spalling, or corrosion within concrete structures.
